I keep this blog for friends, family and students in Japan& the U.S.

Since Spring '07, Zen and Taka moved to California full time for Zen's basketball career. I'm in California most of the time right now too. Almost every day I go to help my Grandmom. She was born in 1919. Taka and I also get to work for Uncle Lynn's landscaping company. Santa Cruz, California. As beautiful as ever. However I still feel homesick for Japan~~

Last days in Japan~ for now

Hey- if no one leaves any comments.....
I feel like noone's reading or cares.
No inspiration.

PLEASE , please leave a message and
say you've been able to see, and

 enjoy? these photos and news.
Please?!

But here are THE DAUGHTERS!!
Naomi and Sheon~
One night we were out for dinner
with Sheon and while we drove she
rode her scooter.
I couldn't help but want to
photograph her she was so cute!!
And as she sped away~~

Many people ask what I've been doing in Japan. SO besides "the books" and hanging out with old students and friends, and teachers and managers, and also working out developing a WEBSITE for our New Age Connection English Conversation School~

...AND getting that new flooring in~(photos below!)
I continue to CLEAN HOUSE! It IS an old house. (50 years old?) But STUFF. The storage space looked like this. (above)

I cleaned "house" there.
And I had to send my treasured bicycle to the graveyard. I'd lent it to a young man, who- I'm afraid raced the rice field roads at night and crashed it- into a car. Terribly hurting himself. He lives but the bike I rode Sheon and Zen around town on, as well as Helen's boy- I lent them the bike for more than a year and they loved it as well. I had to say "bye" to that dear bike.

And... life moves on!!!
